Most common cause: The invoice hasn't been signed. Inventory products only appear under Inventory Jobs after the invoice is signed by the customer or marked as signed.
If inventory products on a work order don't appear under Warehouse > Inventory Jobs, the most common reason is that the invoice for that work order hasn't been signed yet. Inventory Jobs lists an inventory product only when both of these are true:
The invoice has been signed by the customer, or someone has marked it as signed using Mark Invoice as Signed.
The invoice hasn't been voided or cancelled.
How to Get Inventory Products to Show Under Inventory Jobs
To make a work order's inventory products appear under Inventory Jobs, confirm the products are inventory products and that the invoice is signed.
Open the work order and confirm the missing products are inventory (stock-tracked) products. Non-inventory products never appear under Inventory Jobs. Look for them under Warehouse > Non-Inventory Jobs instead.
Open the invoice and check whether it's signed. If it isn't, have the customer sign it, or go to Invoice Actions and select Mark Invoice as Signed (Mark Sales Order as Signed on a sales order). Go to Warehouse > Inventory Jobs (also available under Inventory Products > Inventory Jobs) and search for the invoice number. The inventory products now appear, and your warehouse team can allocate, prepare, and pick them up.
Why a Work Order Shows Under Material Jobs but Not Inventory Jobs
Warehouse > Material Jobs can show a work order before its invoice is signed, but only for the work order's non-inventory products. Inventory products on the same work order don't appear under Material Jobs or Inventory Jobs until the invoice is signed.
If a work order appears under Material Jobs but its inventory products are missing from both pages, the invoice is most likely still unsigned. Follow the steps above to sign it.
Inventory Products Missing After an Invoice Is Voided or Cancelled
When an invoice is voided or cancelled, its inventory products are removed from Warehouse > Inventory Jobs. The exception is a product that has already been picked up and not fully returned, which stays on Inventory Jobs.
