Why Ready for Payment Jobs Don't Appear When You Filter the Schedule List by Signed Date

Jobs marked Ready for Payment that were never signed are hidden by the Schedule List Signed Date filter, and switching to Created Date shows them.

Why is my job marked Ready for Payment missing from the Schedule List? When Filter by Date is set to Signed Date, the Schedule List only shows jobs whose invoice the customer has signed or confirmed online. An unsigned invoice has no signed date, so it never matches the Signed Date filter, even when the job is correctly marked Ready for Payment or Labor Complete and even when the date range is very wide.

With Signed Date selected, a job must meet both conditions to appear: it needs a signed date, and it needs to match the Schedule Status you chose, such as Mark Ready for Payment or Labor Complete. A job that meets only one of the two does not show.

To find an unsigned job that is ready for payment on the Schedule List:

  1. Go to Schedule > Schedule List. The Schedule List page opens.

  2. Look at the Filter by Date dropdown. If it says Signed Date, unsigned jobs are hidden.

  3. Change Filter by Date to Created Date. Every job has a created date, so unsigned jobs can match.

  4. Set Schedule Status to your job's status, for example Mark Ready for Payment, and keep your date range. The list updates and the job appears.

If you still can't find a job you expect after switching to Created Date, contact Floorzap Support and include the work order number.

Other Schedule List Filters That Can Hide a Job

Besides Filter by Date, two other filters on the Schedule List can hide a job that is marked Ready for Payment. A saved filter can change their starting values.

  • Exclude Material Only: this checkbox is ticked by default and hides jobs that are material only.

  • Work Order Status: this filter starts as Exclude Completed And Cancelled Jobs and hides completed and cancelled jobs.
