If you no longer want Wisetack financing options to appear on your quotes, invoices, or work orders, you'll need to submit a support ticket to have the integration disabled. This cannot currently be done through Floorzap's admin settings.
How to Disable Wisetack for Your Account
Submit a ticket to Floorzap Support by messaging Zappy & requesting that Wisetack financing be disabled for your account.
The Floorzap team will coordinate with the dev team to turn off the integration on your account.
Once disabled, the Offer Financing option and all related Wisetack fields will no longer appear on quotes, invoices, or work orders.
Coming soon: A self-serve admin setting to enable or disable the Wisetack integration is currently being evaluated by the Floorzap product team. This article will be updated when that setting becomes available.
Just Want to Remove Certain Financing Options?
