To stop Wisetack financing options appearing on your quotes, invoices, and work orders, go to Settings > System Settings > Payment tab, turn on Hide Wisetack Financing, and save the page. This hides the financing options from your documents while leaving the Wisetack integration connected to your account.
There are three different levels of turning financing off, depending on what you need:
Hide financing options on your documents — do this yourself with the Hide Wisetack Financing setting in Settings > System Settings > Payment tab. The integration stays connected.
Remove specific financing plans, such as 0% APR add-ons — do this yourself in the Wisetack Merchant Portal.
Disable the Wisetack integration entirely — contact Floorzap support.
How to Hide Financing Options on Quotes, Invoices, and Work Orders
This is the self-serve option, and it is the one most accounts need. Hiding financing stops the options appearing on your documents without disconnecting Wisetack.
Go to Settings, then select System Settings.
Open the Payment tab.
Turn on Hide Wisetack Financing.
Save the page.
This setting does not save automatically. You must save the page manually, or the change will not take effect.
Once saved, the Offer Financing option and related Wisetack fields no longer appear on quotes, invoices, or work orders. To show financing again, return to the same tab, turn Hide Wisetack Financing back off, and save the page again.
Hiding financing options does not disconnect Wisetack from your account. Your integration remains active, and any financing applications already in progress are not affected.
How to Remove Specific Financing Plans
If you want to keep offering financing but remove particular plans — such as 0% APR add-ons — you can do this yourself through the Wisetack Merchant Portal without contacting support. See Wisetack: How to Add, Remove, or Manage 0% APR Financing Options for steps.
How to Disable the Wisetack Integration Entirely
Fully disconnecting the Wisetack integration cannot be done from your Floorzap settings. If hiding the financing options is not enough and you want the integration removed from your account, message Zappy and request that the Wisetack integration be disabled for your account. The Floorzap team will then turn it off for you.
If your goal is simply to stop financing appearing on your documents, you do not need to contact support. Use the Hide Wisetack Financing setting above instead — it takes effect as soon as you save, and you can reverse it yourself.
