Two fixes this round:
When you record a payment manually from a customer's Add Transaction > Add Payment window, the surcharge now follows your store's surcharge setting correctly — it won't get added if you've turned surcharging off, and it respects state rules that restrict surcharging.
For accounts with Wisetack financing enabled, the prequalification link on a customer's details page no longer briefly shows for contacts whose type doesn't qualify for financing, and sending that link to an ineligible contact is now blocked.
