To add, remove, or switch your Wisetack 0% APR financing plan, you'll use the Wisetack Merchant Portal at business.wisetack.us. Changes take effect immediately once confirmed.
How to Update Your 0% APR Financing Options
Log in to the Wisetack Merchant Portal. From the dropdown in the top right, select Account Settings.
Go to Merchant Information, then find the 0% APR options section and click Update.
The 0% APR add-on options window appears. Select your preferred plan.
Click CONFIRM PRICING PLAN.
Important: You must click CONFIRM PRICING PLAN to save your selection. If you close the window without confirming, the change will not take effect.
The change takes effect immediately and will be reflected in your account right away.
You can un-enroll at any time. To revert to the standard plan, follow the same steps and select the standard option. Alternatively, email [email protected] to request changes.
Getting Access to the Merchant Portal
Once approved by Wisetack, you'll receive a "You've been approved. Welcome to Wisetack!" email containing a link to the Merchant Portal.
If you can't find the email, go to business.wisetack.us and select Forgot Password? to reset your credentials and gain access.
