You can send a quote or invoice to more than one person at a customer, and you can CC more than one email address when you send a custom email.
How to Send a Quote or Invoice to Multiple Contacts
To send a quote or invoice to more than one person, add each person as a recipient contact on the quote or invoice, then send it by email. Each contact needs their own email address. A billing contact must also be selected, or you'll get a "missing email address" error when you send.
Open the quote or invoice you want to send and click View Edit Details.
Click Recipient Contacts. The contacts must already be set up on the customer, and each one needs a different email address. To add contacts to a customer, see How do I add Multiple Contacts to a Customer Profile?
Add the contacts you want to send to, then click Save Changes.
Click Send Via Email to email the quote or invoice to all selected recipient contacts.
Why Do I Get a "Missing Email Address" Error When Emailing a Quote or Invoice?
If you see a "missing email address" error when you email a quote or invoice, the quote or invoice doesn't have a billing contact selected. This error appears even when the customer has an email address and recipient contacts are set. Select a billing contact to fix it.
Open the quote or invoice and click View Edit Details.
Click the Billing Contact field and select a contact from the dropdown.
Click Save Changes, then email the quote or invoice again.
