Pickup Location now defaults on Material-Only invoices
When creating a Material-Only invoice or quote with Cash and Pickup selected, the Pickup Location field now defaults to the customer's default location automatically — one less step to complete before saving.
Performance Improvements
Invoice page loads faster and more reliably
The invoice page now loads with less delay and fewer intermittent startup glitches. Blocking startup calls have been converted to run in the background, and related race conditions have been fixed — so the page is consistently ready to use when it opens.
Less database pressure during invoice operations
Invoice-related actions now put noticeably less load on the database, helping the invoice page stay responsive during busy periods.
Bug Fixes
Wrong tax breakdown on Material-Only invoices after address change — Changing the delivery address on a Material-Only invoice now returns the correct jurisdictional tax breakdown from TaxJar, fixing incorrect amounts that were appearing on tax reports.
QuickBooks invoice due dates now respect payment terms — Invoices synced to QuickBooks Online now carry the correct due date based on your configured payment terms (e.g., Net 30), instead of defaulting to the invoice date.
Custom "Floors" values now display on quotes — Custom Floors values added in System Settings now appear correctly on quotes after being selected.
Bundled items no longer disappear after saving a work order — Bundle template items now persist correctly after a work order is saved.
Contract name updates when billing contact changes — Changing the billing contact on a quote or invoice now updates the name shown on the contract.
Bundled installation labor header now appears on final invoices — Final progressive invoices now correctly show the line-item name for bundled installation labor.
Work order status tooltip now displays reliably — The status hover tooltip on the Work Orders view now shows consistently for every row.
Material Details panel now shows vendor product name consistently — The product name shown in the Material Details panel on a work order now matches the vendor product name shown in the work order grid.
