How to Print Product QR Codes

Print QR codes for multiple products at once using Bulk QR, including products from more than one vendor, what order the codes print in, and whether you need to reprint when prices change.

You can print QR codes for your showroom products directly from your product list. The Bulk QR option prints codes for every product you have selected, so you can produce a batch of labels in one pass.

QR codes must be turned on for a product's category before you can print them. See How to Set Up Product QR Codes for Your Showroom to turn them on.

How to Print Multiple Product QR Codes at Once

Printing QR codes in bulk starts from your product list, where you select the products you want and then send them to Bulk QR. You can select products from as many different vendors as you like and print them together in a single batch. Follow these steps:

  1. Choose either Inventory Products or Non-Inventory Products on the left menu.

  2. Choose Product List in the sub-menu.

  3. Apply any filters you want, such as vendor or product type, to narrow the list to the products you are printing codes for. Filtering is optional.

  4. Select the products using the checkboxes, or click the top checkbox to select all.

  5. Click the blue Bulk QR button.

  6. In the Bulk QR pop-up window, choose your print options:

    • By style — prints one QR code per product style instead of one per product.

    • Scan for Pricing — adds "Scan for Pricing" text to each label.

    • Show icon — shows your company icon on the QR codes.

  7. Click Print at the bottom of the pop-up window. Save the print as a PDF, then print the PDF on your label sheets.

Bulk QR prints on standard 2" x 2" label sheets, not label rolls. You can order compatible label sheets from OnlineLabels.

What Order Do Bulk QR Codes Print In?

Bulk QR prints QR codes in the order products were created in Floorzap, newest first. Codes fill the sheet left to right, top to bottom.

  • Sorting the product list by a column, such as Style, Vendor, or Mat. #, changes the order on screen but not the order on the printed QR sheet.

  • Using the top checkbox to select all products, instead of checking individual rows, doesn't change the print order either. Codes still print newest first.

Do I Need to Reprint QR Codes When Prices Change?

You don't need to reprint product QR codes when pricing changes. Each QR code is tied to the product number, so the current price shows automatically when a customer scans it. Reprint a QR code only if the product number changes or you upload a new icon.
