You can't track commission for a salesperson who isn't a Floorzap user. Floorzap only lets you assign commission and invoices to salespeople who have a Floorzap user account, and salespeople without an account don't appear in commission reports.
To track commission for a salesperson, add them as a Floorzap user and assign their commission when you set up their account. See How to Add a New Employee (User).
Each user takes a seat on your Floorzap account, even if the salesperson never logs in.
