QUICK STEPS
Access scheduling either through the Installation Calendar or through the work order (Contractor Actions → Add/View Schedule).
Going through the work order preselects the work order and, if assigned, the installer.
Click the installation date you want to schedule.
Click and drag to schedule across multiple days.
Uncheck any days you need to exclude, then hit Apply.
Set a start and end time to see if there's room to fit another job that day.
Manage notifications to the salesperson, contractor, and customer from this view.
Save — the job now appears on the schedule for the selected dates.
TIPS💡Confirm install dates with both the customer and the installer before locking it in — last-minute changes are hard on everyone.
Remember: Scheduling ties the job, the installer, and the date together — get it right the first time to avoid disruption.
