QUICK STEPS
Log in — you'll land on your Dashboard, your home base for leads, active jobs, and assigned tasks.
Use the left navigation to access the key daily sections: Leads, Customers, Quotes, Work Orders, and Invoices.
Check Leads for new inquiries — web form submissions, walk-ins, or manually entered calls.
Once a lead becomes a customer, find them under the Customers tab (searchable by name, phone, or email).
Use the global search at the top to jump to anything quickly.
Check the notifications bell for task reminders and status changes.
TIPS 💡 Your dashboard is home base — leads, customers, quotes, work orders, and invoices are the five sections you'll live in every day.
Remember: Get comfortable with navigation first. Everything else builds on knowing where to go.
