New User Quick Start - Core Workflow #1

Session 1 covers the complete front-end sales process — from orienting participants to the Floorzap interface through capturing a new lead and creating and sending a quote. By the end, participants will be able to manage leads, log tasks, record measurements, use the Lead Board, and build quotes from scratch and from templates.

Session Learning Outcomes:

  • Navigate Floorzap confidently using the left nav, notification bell, and search bar.

  • Create and manage leads through all stages of the pipeline.

  • Log tasks and know how to find them each day.

  • Add measurements manually and understand the MeasureSquare import process.

  • Build a quote from scratch and from a template; understand the customer vs. rep view.

  • Convert a signed quote to an invoice.

Pre-Session Prep:

  • Have Floorzap open and ready to demo.

  • Prepare a test lead and customer in advance.

  • Have at least one quote template built in the demo system.

  • If demonstrating MeasureSquare integration, have a sample worksheet synced to the cloud.

  • Write down the names of participants following along in their own system.
