Looking for the basic website lead form? If you're trying to embed a contact form on your website (sometimes called the "Floorzap form code"), that's the Website Lead form, which is separate from Zap Assist. See How to Set Up the Floorzap Website Lead Token.
Zap Assist captures leads from your website and routes them directly into Floorzap. When a visitor submits their information through Zap Assist, their contact details flow into your Floorzap account automatically, with no manual data entry.
Zap Assist is available to the Admin role only. If you can't find Zap Assist in your account, ask an Admin on your team to complete this setup. See Zap Assist Access: Why It's Admin-Only.
What You Need to Set Up Zap Assist
To set up Zap Assist on your website, you need three values in the Zap Assist embed code. Missing or incorrect values are the most common reason Zap Assist leads don't reach Floorzap.
Agent ID — your unique Zap Assist agent identifier.
Account ID — your Floorzap account identifier.
Integration URL — must be exactly https://integrations.floorzap.info. A staging, test, or mistyped URL will stop leads from reaching Floorzap.
How to Test Your Zap Assist Setup
After adding Zap Assist to your website, submit a test lead to confirm leads are reaching Floorzap.
Open the live page on your website where Zap Assist is embedded.
Submit a test lead through Zap Assist using your own contact information.
In Floorzap, confirm the test lead appears. If it doesn't, see the troubleshooting section below.
Why Aren't My Zap Assist Leads Coming Through?
If Zap Assist is on your website but leads aren't appearing in Floorzap, check each of the following:
Check the integration URL — Confirm the embed code uses https://integrations.floorzap.info, not a staging URL or any other variation.
Check your Agent ID and Account ID — Even a small typo prevents Zap Assist from connecting. Copy both values directly from your Floorzap account rather than typing them.
Test on a live page — Zap Assist requires a publicly accessible page. Test on your actual website, not a local development environment.
Message Zappy — If you've checked all of the above and Zap Assist leads still aren't coming through, message Zappy with your Agent ID, Account ID, and the URL of the page where Zap Assist is embedded.
Using the Zap Assist AI agent to answer phone calls? The hours your agent answers calls are set by call forwarding at your phone carrier, not in Floorzap. See How to Control When Your Zap Assist AI Agent Answers Calls.
