Zap Assist is currently accessible to the Admin role only. This is hard-coded behavior — there is no setting in Floorzap to extend Zap Assist access to other user roles at this time.
Role-based access to Zap Assist isn't available yet, but it's an active feature request. If your team needs it, contact Floorzap Support to add your vote.
What This Means
Here's how Zap Assist access works today:
Only users assigned the Admin role can access Zap Assist.
There is no permission toggle or role-based setting to grant access to Sales, Manager, or other roles.
If a non-admin user needs Zap Assist access, the only current option is to change their role to Admin.
