Why Doesn't the LF/SqYd Conversion Show on My Customer's Invoice?

For carpet line items, the LF/SqYd conversion appears on purchase orders and picklists but not on the customer invoice. Here's where it shows and why.

If you sell carpet and expect to see the linear feet (LF) and square yard (SqYd) conversion on the invoice you send your customer, it will not appear there. The conversion is calculated and displayed on your internal and vendor-facing documents, but it is not included on the customer invoice.

The LF/SqYd conversion missing from the customer invoice is current expected behavior in Floorzap, not a bug. It has been submitted to our Product team as a possible future enhancement.
