If a customer asks about a privacy policy or terms and conditions when entering their card information, that's something you as the merchant need to provide — Floorzap doesn't have a dedicated end-customer-facing privacy policy for card entry.
What the end customer actually sees: The end customer only sees a contract during checkout if you've attached one to the invoice. Floorzap doesn't insert its own privacy policy or terms into that flow.
Card details themselves are captured and processed securely by our payment processor — customers aren't entering their card information without protection.
