QUICK STEPS
Once assigned a work order, the contractor gets access through the Contractor Portal or Contractor App.
From there, contractors can view job details, check the installation calendar, and review payment history.
Contractors can upload before/after photos, which attach directly to the work order.
When the job is done, the contractor updates the job status to Completed themselves — no need to wait on your end.
If a contractor doesn't have phone/computer access, print the job details from within the work order: locate the labor service for that contractor and click the paper icon to generate a PDF.
TIPS💡 Contractors can self-serve status updates and photo uploads — this keeps job tracking current without back office follow-up.
Remember: No app or portal access isn't a blocker — you can always print job details as a PDF from the work order.
