Payments No Longer Show as Duplicates — Plus Tax Report and Scheduling Fixes

Payments now display once and balances are accurate. Same-day invoices appear in tax reports, and appointments stay visible when scheduling a work order.

What's fixed

This update resolves four issues affecting payment accuracy, tax reporting, scheduling, and product screen loading.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Payments no longer appear duplicated — Payments could show up twice on the payment screen and throughout a customer's payment history, inflating applied payment totals and distorting balances. Each payment now displays a single time, matching the invoice and QuickBooks.

  • Tax report now includes same-day invoices — On the last day of a month, signed invoices created that day could be left off the Detailed Tax Report, causing incorrect totals. Same-day invoices now appear correctly regardless of when the report is run.

  • Appointments stay visible when scheduling to a work order — On the installation schedule, selecting a work order could make a contractor's existing appointments disappear from the calendar. Appointments now stay visible throughout the scheduling process.

  • Fixed a loading error on product screens — A JavaScript error that could interrupt loading on product-related screens for some accounts has been resolved.

⚡ Performance Improvements

  • Salesman and accounting reports load faster — Salesman reports (sales, commission, and payments) and several accounting reports now pull from a dedicated read-only database, keeping these screens responsive and reducing load on the main system — especially for high-volume accounts.
