Voided Invoices Now Display Correctly — Plus Invoice, Credit, and Tax Fixes

Floorzap fixes voided invoice displays, credit screen totals, use tax on templates, and other invoice and purchase order issues.

This update fixes several display and calculation issues across invoices, credits, and purchase orders.

  • Invoice Type Restore Now Updates Display Correctly: Restoring an invoice's original type now updates the invoice details on screen immediately, instead of showing outdated information until the page reloads.

  • Apply Credit Screen Now Shows Correct Invoice Total: The Invoice Amount column on the Apply Credit screen was showing the same figure as Remaining Balance instead of the invoice's actual total. It now shows the correct invoice total, so you can see how large an invoice is when allocating credit.

  • Fixed Error Loading the Task by City Map: An error that could prevent the Task by City map from loading has been fixed.

  • Voided Invoices Now Display Correctly Everywhere: Voided invoices could show a blank status and still count toward the balance due on the Customer Profile Invoices tab and All Invoices list. They now consistently show a Void status and a $0 balance across every view.

  • Non-Inventory Purchase Orders Now Label Private and Vendor Values: Non-inventory purchase orders showed private product values with no label, making them easy to confuse with the vendor's values. Private values are now clearly labeled, matching inventory purchase orders.

  • Fixed Use Tax Not Calculating on Invoices and Quotes Created from Templates: Invoices and quotes created from customer templates were incorrectly showing as tax exempt, so use tax wasn't being calculated. Use tax now calculates correctly on template-based invoices and quotes.
