The notification bell in Floorzap shows reminders and alerts for tasks, invoices, work orders, and other activity. When you click Clear All, all notifications are permanently removed — they cannot be recovered.
Clear All is permanent. There is no undo. Once notifications are cleared from the bell, they cannot be retrieved.
The Bell Is a UI Layer — Your Data Is Still There
Clearing notifications from the bell does not delete the underlying records. Tasks, invoices, work orders, and reminders all still exist in their respective sections of Floorzap — they just no longer appear as bell notifications.
If you cleared the bell and need to find something specific, navigate directly to the relevant section:
Tasks — for task reminders and follow-ups
Invoices / Contracts — for invoice-related alerts
Work Orders — for work order activity notifications
Tip: If you rely on the bell to track important reminders, consider reviewing and acting on notifications before clearing them — or use the Tasks section as your primary place to manage follow-ups, since tasks persist independently of bell notifications.
