What is the Back Ordered Status Page For?

This page explains the purpose and functionality of the Back-Ordered Status page in Floorzap, helping users track and manage items on back order efficiently.



  2. Click on the “order status” arrow and you will see new options available, click on the “back ordered” tab.



  3. On this page you can see all the products that are back ordered.



  4. To sort them click on the “hide” button so that it turns to show.



  5. You will see several drop-down menus appear here. Select the filters you would like to filter the ordered products section by.



  6. Click save.
