Understanding the Customer's Tab

This is an overview of the customer section in Floorzap. Get a detailed look at the customer details page. 

 

In this article, you'll learn how to navigate and understand the Customers tab.

 

Step 1:

 

Start by clicking on the Customers tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

 

 

Step 2:

 

Choose a customer to view their details. To do this, highlight the customer's name and double-click.

 

 

Step 3:

 

You'll see a section for Customer Notes. Here, you're able to record any interactions you've had with the customer.

 

 

Step 4:

 

Look for the sections for Samples and Upcoming Tasks. You'll also find a Measurements section, where you can view any measurements set up for the customer.

 

 

Step 5:

 

Check out the Emails and Text Messages sections. Here, you'll find records of any emails or text messages sent to the customer.

 

Step 6:

 

Use the Documents section to upload any relevant documents for your customer. If the customer has multiple contacts or addresses, add them in the respective sections.

 

Step 7:

 

Find any measurements you've taken under the Measurements tab.

 

Step 8:

 

Navigate to the Quotes or Invoices tab to view any quotes or invoices related to the customer.

 

 

Step 9:

 

The Work Orders, Payments, and Credit Card Info sections hold information about work orders, payments, and stored credit card information respectively.

 

Step 10:

 

If you need to update or edit the customer's details, click on the Edit button.

 

 

Step 11:

 

A menu will appear with various tabs. Each tab represents a different section within the customer's profile.
