Planning for your Floorzap - QBO Integration
Guide to your QBO Integration
** IMPORTANT ** We will set up the QBO integration with you on a dedicated call.
Once enabled on your site, you will be able to access the integration settings by navigating to Settings>Integration>Quickbooks.
QuickBooks Integration tab
This Settings menu contains the toggles for which events you would like to be defaulted to sync from Floorzap into Quickbooks. It is also contains specific mapping options for Floorzap to link to accounts and information that may already be entered in your QBO.

Global Chart of accounts tab
This Settings menu will allow you to map the accounts used by Floorzap to the corresponding G/L Accounts established in your QBO. Canadian tax information can also be entered into the Tax rate settings at the bottom of the page.
If you have used Quickbooks in the past, it is recommended that you review a copy of your profit and loss statement to identify the accounts that you would like to have mapped.
Product and Labor Chart of Account Tabs
Additional Product and Labor mappings can be done based on the product categories in Floorzap.
Map Customers Tab
If Customers have already been entered into Quickbooks, the Map customers tab will allow you to map them to Customer records entered in Floorzap if the names do not exactly match.
