Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authenticaion (2FA) has been enabled to the merchenat portal to enhance account security. This extra layer of protetion requireds users to verify their identity using two methods - typically a password and a code from a amobile authentication app. By requiring this second step, 2FA helps prevent unauthorized access, even if login credentials are compromised. IT's a key measure to safeguard sensitive business and customer data. 

Download Authenticator App

Google Authenticator Setup

Open the Google Authenticator app and sign into your Google account. 

Select Scan a QR Code and then scan the QR code from the login screen of your Merchant Portal. Enter the 6 digit code displayed in your Google Authenticator App.

Android Setup | Apple Setup

Microsoft Authenticator Setup

Open the Microsoft Authenticator app and select the + in the top right corner. Then select the type of account you are adding and then Scan QR Code

Scan the QR code displayed on the login screen of the Merchant Portal and enter the 6 digit code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app. 

Apple Passwords App Setup

Navigate to the Merchant Portal and login using your credentials. Once the QR code appears, scan the code using your iPhone's camera. This will rigger the Password app to open and you can add the code to your saved login information for the Merchant Portal.
