What is the material jobs page for?

In this article, you'll learn how to navigate and utilize the Material Jobs page effectively.

 

Step 1: Begin by accessing the Material Jobs page. This page provides a comprehensive view of all inventory and non-inventory POS and their current status.

 

 

Step 2: Check the order status of each POS. This will indicate whether they're new, ordered, etc.

 

 

Step 3: Review the action status. This shows if the POS are allocated, paid, picked up, prepared, etc.

 

 

Step 4: Identify the type of POS. For instance, 3 stack boxes indicate an inventory product, while 4 stack boxes represent a non-inventory product.

 

Step 5: View the POS associated with a specific work order number, if applicable.

 

 

Step 6: Look at the job details. This includes Job Name, Type, Sales Rep, Customer Name, Vendors, Product SKU, Style, Color, and quantity.

 

 

Step 7: Once the job is scheduled, you'll see additional details such as the schedule date, ship date, estimated receive date, actual receipt date, and the total material cost.

 

 

Step 8: Update the action status as needed. For example, if an item is prepared, you're able to change its status to picked up.
