Navigating the Installer App

Learn how to navigate the installer/contractor app.

 

In this article, you'll learn how to navigate and utilize the mobile app for installers.

 

Step 1: Open the app and click on the schedule to view your upcoming installations.

 

 

Step 2: Click on a job to view its details, including the completion certificate and job location.

 

 

Step 3: Use the app to upload before and after photos of your work. You're also able to view any photos you've previously uploaded.

 

 

Step 4: Check the status of your job.

 

 

Step 5: If necessary, view the material pickup section.

 

 

Step 6: Change your password directly from the app.

 

 

Step 7: Review your previous payments and any past jobs assigned to you.

 

 

Step 8: Upload and view documents from the Documents page.

 

 

Step 9: Check any tasks that have been assigned to you.
