When a Customer Replies to an SMS
When a customer replies to a quote or invoice SMS, Floorzap notifies the salesperson and logs the conversation under the customer's profile.
When a customer replies to an SMS, the notification goes directly to the salesperson's personal phone as a text message — not a bell notification or email. The conversation can also be viewed at any time under the customer's profile → SMS tab.
- Enable the two-way SMS feature. Once you've sent a quote or invoice via SMS to a customer, both you and the customer will have the ability to reply.
- When a customer replies, the salesperson assigned to that customer will receive a text message on their personal phone.

- To reply, navigate to the customer's profile.

- Here, the salesperson will see the customer's message and can send an SMS reply. The customer will receive it as a text.
Sending an SMS to a Customer
To proactively send a text to a customer without waiting for them to reply first:
