How to Use 2-Way SMS in Floorzap

In this article, you'll learn how to effectively use the two-way SMS feature in Floortap for your business.

 

Step 1: Enable the two-way SMS feature. Once you've sent a quote or invoice via SMS to a customer, both you and the customer will have the ability to reply.

 

Step 2: Set up the same phone number for both your customer and your employee. Your employee will receive a text notification when a customer, in this case Liz Test, has a question about the quote.

 

 

Step 3: Your salesperson should then navigate to the customer's profile.

 

 

Step 4: Here, they'll see the text message and have the option to send an SMS in response. The customer will receive this text.

 

Alternatively, if your staff needs to contact a customer:

 

Step 5: They should navigate to the customer's profile.

 

 

Step 6: Click on the SMS tab.

 

 

Step 7: Send an SMS. This message will go directly to your customer, who can then respond. This is the essence of the two-way SMS feature in Floortap.
