How to Send a Quote to Multiple Recipients?

How do I send a quote/invoice to multiple people? How do I send the quote/invoice to a specific person within the company?

In this article, you'll learn how to add multiple email addresses to an invoice and send it to several contacts.

 

Step 1: Open the invoice you want to send. Click on View Edit details.

 

 

Step 2: If you've already set up your contacts, click on recipient contact contacts. Make sure these contacts have different email addresses.

 

 

Step 3: Add these contacts to the recipient contacts. After adding, click on save.

 

 

Step 4: Now, you're ready to send the invoice. Click on send via email. A pop-up will appear, but we'll cancel it for now.

 

 

Step 5: To add more contacts, go back to View edit details. You'll see the contacts you've set up previously. If you want to remove any, you can do so now.

 

Step 6: Select the contacts you want to send the invoice to, then click on save changes.

 

Step 7: Finally, email the invoice to all the selected contacts.

 

That's it! You've successfully sent an invoice to multiple contacts. Enjoy your day!
