How to Make a Change Order Request

In this article, you'll learn how to create a change order when the work order is locked.
Step 1: Navigate to the locked work order and identify the changes you want to make.
Step 2: Create a change request. Add any necessary comments.
Step 3: Click on Save. This action sends the request to your admin.
Step 4: Once the change request is submitted, your admin receives a change request notification.
Step 5: The admin can click to view the request and filter it by handled or not handled status. They can then open the work order, implement the requested changes, and add them to the work order.
Step 6: After making the changes, the admin saves the work order.
As a salesperson, you're able to see if your change request has been fulfilled by checking your history.
The admin should mark the request as handled, so you're aware that your request has been completed.
