How to Enable/Disable Payment Options on a Completion Certificate

Learn how to enable or disable the payment methods box on a completion certificate. 

In this article, you'll learn how to display payment method options on your completion certificate.

 

Step 1: Navigate to Settings.

 

 

Step 2: Proceed to System Settings.

 

 

Step 3: Click on Payments.

 

 

Here, you'll find a section with options like Show Hide, Payment Method Options, and Completion Certificate.

 

Step 4: Enable the option to display the balance by default on the contractor's completion certificate. If you want these options to be visible at the customer level, leave the box unchecked. This way, the contractor won't see the balance details.

 

For this tutorial, we're enabling it for the customer.

 

 

Step 5: Choose the payment options you want to display. In this case, we're selecting Credit Card,

 

 

Cash,

 

 

and ACH.

 

 

Step 6: Click on Save.

 

 

To confirm these changes,

 

Step 7: Go to Work Order

 

 

and click on Completion Certificate. You'll see the payment options you selected are now available.
