How to Bundle Line Items in a Quote

In this article, you'll learn how to bundle line items in a quote.

Step 1: Start by creating a quote.

Step 2: Choose a customer.

Step 3: Decide on the quote type and update any relevant information.

Step 4: Click on Begin Quote.

Step 5: Import a template if you have one,

or add a service. For this tutorial, we're adding a carpet service.

Step 6: Add your material line items. You can search for them or add them directly if they're visible.

Step 7: Add your labor.

Step 8: Input your square footage or quantity and click Save.

Step 9: Navigate to the bundling icon and click Add New.

Step 10: Name your bundle.

Step 11: Select a color for your bundle.

Step 12: Input the quantity to match the quantity of your bundle and provide a description.

Step 13: Assign the line items you want included in the bundle and click Save.

Step 14: Save your changes. You'll see that the line items are now bundled in the customer quote.

And that's it! You've successfully bundled line items in a quote.
