How quickly are new transactions imported?

New transactions can take up to 3-5 business days to pull into Floorzap. This ensures accuracy, as our algorithm waits for transactions to fully post to your account before importing them.

How can I check the last time my account was synced?

You can view the last synced date and time for each linked account on the Banks & Integrations screen.

What are considered "business days" for banks?

Banking business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. When a federal holiday occurs, it may seem like transactions are delayed, but that is due to there being one less banking business day during that period.

What should I do if it’s been more than 5 business days and transactions haven’t been imported from my linked account?

If it’s been over 5 business days and transactions still haven’t appeared in Floorzap, there may be an integration issue with your financial institution. Please contact Floorzap for assistance.
