How do I sign up for Quick Start Training? 

Floorzap Quick Start Training Sessions are live instructor led training sessions offered weekly. These sessions are 90 mins.

Core Workflow Series

Floorzap Core Workflow Training Session #1 

Session 1 covers the complete front-end sales process — from orienting participants to the Floorzap interface through capturing a new lead and creating and sending a quote. By the end, participants will be able to manage leads, log tasks, record measurements, use the Lead Board, and build quotes from scratch and from templates.

Floorzap Core Workflow Training Session #2

Session 2 covers the operational workflow after the quote is signed — converting to an invoice, collecting payment, ordering materials (full workflow), and scheduling and managing the contractor through to job readiness. Note: some teams use only parts of this workflow depending on role — cover all steps and clarify where handoffs occur.

Floorzap Core Workflow Training Session #3 

Session 3 covers additional sales workflows — Cash & Carry, change orders, and progressive invoicing for commercial jobs — followed by extended review and practice time. Use work orders and invoices from previous sessions as reference.

Administration Workflow Series

Floorzap Administration Training Session #1 

Session 1 is designed for Warehouse and Back Office roles who manage the full product and operational lifecycle — from setting up products through ordering, receiving, warehouse fulfillment, and processing change requests on work orders.

Floorzap Administration Training Session #2 

Session 2 covers the core operational responsibilities of administrators — scheduling contractors, processing all AP payments, handling partial vendor payments, and closing jobs through the full work order checklist.
