How do I sign up for Quick Start Training? 

This article will provide links to our Quick Start Training Series.  These sessions are held daily Tuesday through Friday at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm CST. We have 3 separate registration links below.

After you have completed your Floorzap onboarding session, you should attend the four training sessions below in order. Each training session is offered on the same day and time each week. Please use the registration links to sign up. If you cannot attend a live session, please feel free to watch a recording of a past session here.

Floorzap Quick Start Training Session #1 

Description:
This training session covers adding and managing leads and customers and creating tasks, measurements, quotes, and invoices in Floorzap. This is a great session for Administrators, Sales Teams & Office Staff. 

This is the first in a 4 part series for Floorzap New User training.

Floorzap Quick Start Training Session #2 

Description:
This training session covers work orders in Floorzap, including ordering material, scheduling installers, contractor portal and completing a work order. This is a great session for Administrators, Job Schedulers, Order clerks & Warehouse Staff.

This is the second a 4 part series for Floorzap new user training sessions. You should attend this training session after you have completed Floorzap New User Training Session #1.

Floorzap Quick Start Training Session #3 

Description:
This training session covers payments to vendors and staff, adding and managing non-inventory and inventory products in Floorzap. This is a great session for Administrators, Office & Warehouse Staff.

This is the third in a 4 part series for Floorzap New User training. You should attend this training session after you have completed Floorzap New User Training Session #2.

Floorzap Quick Start Training Session #4 

Description:
This training session covers product QR codes, reports, and advanced settings in Floorzap. This is a great session for Administrators & Office Staff.

This is the fourth and final session in the series for Floorzap New User training. You should attend this training session after you have completed Floorzap New User Training Session #3.
