How do I send task email or SMS reminders to a customer?
This page provides step-by-step instructions on how to send task reminders to customers via email or SMS using Floorzap. It guides users on setting up and automating reminders to improve communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Navigate to the task menu by selecting the “task” button from the left-side menu on your dashboard.
- Highlight the task you want to send a reminder for by clicking on the task from this screen.
- Click the gear icon to the right of the highlighted line item.
- Select the type of reminder you wish to send. (email or SMS to customer or salesperson)
- Reminder will send immediately when you select the desired option.
