How do I create a customer import list?

Learn how to prepare your customer list for import into Floorzap. 

In this article, you'll learn how to create and import a customer list, which will help you manage your customer data more effectively.

 

Step 1: Start by opening the customer list. Click on the link provided in the onboarding email.

 

 

Step 2: Navigate to the File option.

 

 

Step 3: Choose the Make a Copy option.

 

 

Step 4: Now, it's time to copy your customer information.

 

 

Step 5: Paste the copied information into the necessary fields.

 

 

Step 6: The fields you need to fill are First Name,

 

 

Step 7: Last Name,

 

 

Step 8: Company (if applicable),

 

 

Step 9: Street Address,

 

 

Step 10: City,

 

 

Step 11: State,

 

 

Step 12: ZIP,

 

 

Step 13: Phone,

 

 

Step 14: and Email.

 

 

Step 15: If needed, add a CC Email,

 

 

Step 16: and any additional Notes.

 

 

Finally, save the file and send it to your onboarding specialist for import.
