Refund Totals Now Display Correctly — Plus Carpet Return and Contractor Schedule Fixes

Floorzap now shows refund totals accurately in the customer transaction list and fixes contractor schedule and carpet return tracking issues.

This update fixes three issues reported by customers working with refunds, carpet returns, and contractor scheduling.

  • Refund totals now add up correctly. When a customer had both a return refund and a credit memo refund, the Total Refunded figure was subtracting one from the other instead of adding them together, showing a number lower than what was actually refunded. Refunds also now consistently show as money going back out to the customer, so your transaction list reads accurately when you're reconciling.

  • Carpet remnant returns keep their length and source roll. When a carpet remnant was returned to the warehouse, the resulting remnant in inventory was missing its length and a reference to the roll it came from. Both are now captured correctly.

  • Contractor schedules open correctly from a work order. Opening a contractor's schedule from inside a work order could show it as empty even when the contractor already had jobs booked, risking a double-booking. The schedule now reliably shows the contractor's existing jobs no matter where you open it from.
