When a customer pays through Floorzap Payments, Floorzap sends the full payment amount to QuickBooks Online and applies it to the matching invoice.
The payment processing fee is not sent to QuickBooks Online with the payment.
Floorzap records the fee only on the job, as a "Floorzap Payments Processing Fees" expense.

Use the payout details from your Floorzap Payments account to see the payments and the total fees in that payout. Because Floorzap doesn't send the fees to QuickBooks Online, you enter them there yourself when you record the payout.
