Download the App
The fastest way to get the app is the App Access Link your company sends you by text or email. Open it on your phone and follow the prompts.

Log In to the App
Step 1: Open the App Link app on your phone.
Step 2: Select a tenant.
Step 3: Enter your email address.
Step 4: Input your password.
Step 5: You're now logged in and ready to use the app as needed. It's as simple as that!
Can't Find the App in the Store?
Search for Floorzap in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), or use the direct links above.
iPhone: the app requires iOS 15.1 or later. Check Settings > General > About and update if needed.
iPad: the app is built for iPhone only. In App Store search results, tap the filter at the top and choose iPhone Only.
Company-managed phones, or phones with Screen Time or Family Link turned on: app downloads may be blocked. Check with whoever manages the device.
Still can't find it? Ask your company to resend your App Access Link. If that link doesn't work either, your company can contact Floorzap support.
