Can I export the General Ledger?

In addition to viewing the GL directly in Floorzap, it can also be exported. When exporting the GL, there is an option to export a single account or all accounts (i.e. the entire GL).

To export the GL: 

  1. Navigate to the GL
  2. Click the ‘Download’ button
  3. Select the date range and account to be exported
    1. To export the entire GL, select the 'All Accounts' option at the top of the list.
  4. Click 'Download Report'

The GL Report will be downloaded and saved to the device. It can be opened and viewed in any spreadsheet program (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
