  • Surcharge Compliance Enhancements

    • Customer invoice actions now automatically disable and explain surcharging options for locations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, or Oklahoma. In-app statements clarify prohibited states and fee rules for credit and debit cards.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Convert SqYd to SqFt

    • Fixed an issue where the "Convert SqYd to SqFt" function could apply outdated pricing during B2B imports, ensuring accurate cost and selling prices.

    • The conversion process now correctly updates the roll cost when changing from SQYD to SQFT, ensuring all related pricing fields reflect the new unit of measure.

  • Completion Certificate Validation

    • Your customers can no longer save a completion certificate without any payments, improving data integrity.

  • ACH Payment Notifications

    • Improved ACH failed payment messaging and transaction history for clarity.

  • QuickBooks Online (QBO) Sync

    • Fixed issues where Adyen payments were not syncing to QBO as expected.

  • Email & Notification Fixes

    • Resolved issues with salespeople being CC’d on all quote/invoice emails, and ensured CC fields are properly logged in sent email reports. Salespeople will be sent an email when the invoice is signed.

    • Fixed review link placeholders in email templates and ensured event locations populate correctly when adding tasks from the lead page.

  • Commissions and Sales Team Ranking

    • Corrected commission calculations and fixed dashboard sales reporting.

  • Interactions Follow-Up Time

    • Fixes a bug where the follow-up time shown in "Previous Interactions" did not match the originally selected time.

  • Invoice Filtering

    • Corrected filtering issues in the invoice grid to ensure accurate display of invoices with open balances.

  • Customer Leads

    • When clicking the gear icon and adding task from the lead page, the event location will now populate.

    • Lead stage status is now properly updating.

    • Auto-allocation will prioritize the location specified on the invoice, ensuring inventory is deducted from the correct site.
