Product Updates:

Use Tax enhancements: SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > COMMON AUTOMATION
- Allow users to select which quote/invoice types to calculate Use Tax on
- Allow Sales Tax to be calculated on quotes/invoices which have Use Tax
- Allow users to select which Service Types to calculate Use Tax

Admins can edit quote/invoice details:
- Material only, labor only, or material and labor of existing quotes, invoices, and work orders
- Edit the customer and billing contact of existing invoices and work orders
- For existing material-only invoices and work orders, you can now edit the cash and pickup and cash and delivery options
All of these changes can be made by going to View/Edit Details within the quote, invoice, or work order.

You can now click on the referral name in the referral report to see all the customers they have referred.

You can now click on the referral name in the referral report to see all the customers they have referred.

The referral will now have a green '$' sign in the WO showing that they have been paid. The payment history will also show the customer name the referral was paid for.

There is now a new filter for "Order Status" in the WAREHOUSE > MATERIAL JOBS list.

In PAYMENTS > ACCOUNTS PAYABLE > VENDORS > ADD PAYMENT screen, you can now create a partial payment, including the qty of items received, cost and freight. The system will update the freight on the PO as these partial payments are made.

Misc label changes/additions to REPORTS > CONTRACTORS > CONTRACTOR JOBS.

The "Payment Sync" button will now be highlighted green if the customer payment has sync'd successfully PAYMENTS > AR > CUSTOMERS > PAYMENTS BY JOB.

You can now lock the invoice from edits with the "Final Inveice Sent" toggled SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > INVOICE TAB.

When creating an Inventory PO, you now can toggle "Low Quantity" and "Shortage Quantity" to help determine what products you need to order.

For any saved credit card information, the Billing Address for that credit card will now auto populate in the invoice payment window.

A user with Admin permissions can now delete customer credit card information.

You can now edit the label used for Credit Card Fees under SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > PAYMENT.

Changed "Sales Rep Jobs" to "Commission Report". Added an action button to mark "Salesman Ready for Payment" and show the last customer payment and invoice total under REPORTS > SALES REP > COMMISSION.

If the user selects the privacy settings inside the quote/invoice, the "Bulk Markup" window will also be hidden.

The "Qty" field in quotes/invoices when the Qty = 0 It will also give you a warning on Save.

You can now calculate a overhead cost based on product/labor cost, sell price or total invoice price. The material overhead amount is also displayed in the WO Cost Sheet. This setting is under SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > INVOICE TAB .

Updated the web site lead form to be compliant with the A2P compliance regulations for app to person SMS messaging.

The system now will allow you to filter inventory by "Shortages" needed for upcoming jobs.

The Quote/Invoice job type now defaults to "Not Selected" and requires the user to select. This is because many of our users have different tax laws that depend on the invoice type. You can set defaults for both Quote Types and Invoice Types in SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > COMMON AUTOMATION.

New report for inventory adjustments under REPORTS > VENDORS/MATERIALS > INVENTORY PO ADJUSTED.

The "Downpayment Amount" is now displayed in the Quote in the upper right of the screen. The amount automatically updates as lines are added/deleted.

You can now choose to display the "Quote Reference Number" on the invoice under SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > INVOICE tab.

You can now add Inventory products as "Rolled Goods" (vinyl, carpet, etc). The system allows you to enter the cost in SqYd, SqFt or LF and allows you to show sell price in SqYd, SqFt or LF.

You can now set down payment percentage based on customer type under SETTINGS > SYSTEM LISTS > CUSTOMER INFO LIST > CONTACT TYPE . You also have the capabilities to set "Material Balance" as downpayment amount under PAYMENT SETTINGS within the Quote/Invoice.

When a QR is scanned for an Inventory Carpet product, the user can now view available qty. for each carpet roll.

You can now print the details of a task from inside the task itself.

There is now a "WAREHOUSE TOOL" menu item. When selected from a mobile device, it will give the user the ability to do most all warehouse functions from his/her smart phone. It will allow you to scan and print bar codes and add items to your inventory list. All products now will have a barcode associated with them.

The "Work Order Changes" and "Invoice Changes" button is now much larger and red in color.

Referrals are now located under SETTINGS > CONTRACTORS.

Line items notes: You can now add a line item note and choose whether it is customer facing or for internal use. The note also displays on the line item under the product description.

Service Templates are now created under SETTINGS > SERVICE TEMPLATES.

You can now turn off Auto-Allocation under SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > COMMON AUTOMATION.

We have added a new option to create a "Product Tag" under SETTINGS > LABEL PRINT SETTINGS. We will be adding other label options in the future.

Lead tracking feature enhancement: we've added to the dashboard a new UI with the following information to better understand the progressivness of leads:
- tracking the number of leads created in a week
- track the quoting rate, leads that turn into quotes
- track the closing rate, quotes turning into invoices

Payment Terms drop-down is now available for each vendor setup.

You can now bookmark regularly accessed pages by clicking on the "Bookmark" button in upper right corner of your Floorzap screen.

There is now a "Reconciled" feature for Inventory Purchase orders under PAYMENTS > ACCOUNTS PAYABLE > VENDORS > ADD PAYMENT. The button will turn green when PO is marked as reconciled.

There is now an option to require Lead Source under SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > COMMON AUTOMATON.

Under SCHEDULE > INSTALLATION SCHEDULE you will see a "Checkmark" on the calendar for completed jobs.

You can now specify a custom "Reply to" email address when sending custom quote/invoice emails.

The Global Discount feature has changed. You can set what you want to apply a global discount to in SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > COMMON AUTOMATION (Material lines only, Labor lines only, Material & Labor lines only, Default). Default is for those users that do not want any change with the global discount settings.

Commissions can now be calculated on Material & Labor lines, Material lines or Labor lines only. SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > COMMON AUTOMATION

You can now display optional payment types on the contracts/invoices. Go to SETTINGS > SYSTEM LISTS > PAYMENT/EXPENSE LIST > PAYMENT METHODS. Here you can choose whether to display on the quote/invoice.
FOR QUICKBOOKS USERS
- If an invoice is already sync'd to Quickbooks and a customer payment is received, it will automatically link the two inside of Quickbooks.
- You can now filter to view the All Invoice list by invoices that have or have not sync'd with Quickbooks.
- You can now sync to Quickbooks Projects OR Quickbooks sub-customers. You must enable "Sync to Subcustomer" under SETTINGS > INTEGRATIONS > QUICKBOOKS. You cannot utilize both features at the same time per Quickbooks API rules. Customer will be created based on the additional Address Name under the main customer in Floorzap. In order to sync to Projects, you must first create a project in Quickbooks, then select that project name when starting a quote/invoice.
- For the new Global Discount changes, QB users will notice a change in how the global discounts are sync’d to QB. It will be sync’d over as a discount per line item so Quickbooks calculates the Taxable Value correctly. You will need to go to SETTINGS > INTEGRATION > QUICKBOOKS > GLOBAL CHART OF ACCOUNTS to set up the name of the discount line inside of Quickbooks
