Updates
- Consider Base Price For Inventory Product For Quotes/Invoices check box was added in Settings > System Settings > Common/Automation.
- Apply Use Tax check box was added in Settings > System Settings > Tax Defaults.
- Show Import From Stack Measurement check box was added in Settings > System Settings > Initial Settings.
- A new item named "Purchase Orders" has been added to the left-hand menu's Workflow section. This new menu item allows you to quickly add and view non-inventory and inventory purchase orders.
- You can now show picked up quantities and notes from work order items on your pick lists. To add these fields to your pick lists, select the appropriate check boxes in the Pick List section Settings > System Settings > Work Orders and then click Save.
- You can now enter freight amounts by unit (square foot, square yard, piece, etc.) or percentage of cost for products in Non-Inventory/Inventory Products > Product List and for product categories in Settings > Integration > Product Freight, and these freight costs will be automatically added for these products in quotes, invoices, and work orders. For example, if you have a product with a freight amount of $0.25 per square foot and you add 1,000 square feet of this product to an invoice, the freight cost will be automatically calculated ($250) and added to the freight cost of the invoice.
- You can now designate customers as inactive in Customers > Details > Edit, and you can apply a filter in the Customers menu/grid to only see active customers.
- You can now show product descriptions and item notes on your packing slips. To add these fields to your packing slips, select the appropriate check boxes in the Packing Slip section Settings > System Settings > Work Orders and then click Save.
- Added Cash & Carry Sale function (must add a customer name "Cash Carry") - Invoices/Contracts > Cash & Carry Sale: This new feature allows you to quickly create a material-only invoice, which can be used for in-store point-of-sale transactions.
- Ability to return inventory OR non-inventory products back into inventory in the Work Order Screen. This will also update the customer invoice if you choose to do so.
- Down payment by Customer Type - setting is found in Settings, System List, Contact Type. You will need to remove the system default down payment setting for this to take affect.
- A new Sales Conversions tab on the Dashboard has been added. This tab shows a summary of the status (sent to customer, converted to invoice, etc.) of all quotes created within a selected time period.
- You can now partially receive inventory products as you're entering shipment arrival information for inventory purchase orders.
- Automatic refund to credit card for customers with credit card processing - If you use Floorzap's credit card processing, going forward, customer refunds added in Floorzap will be automatically processed to the customer's credit card.
- A new "Split Labor" button has been added next to the Contractor Actions button in the labor section of services in work orders. Clicking this button will create a linked service directly below the current service. You can then drag labor items to this new linked service to split labor between two different contractors.
- A new Leads menu/grid has been introduced. Any of your customers that have been designated as leads will now appear in the Leads menu/grid. You can use stages to track your leads, and once the quote for a lead has been converted to an invoice, the lead is automatically changed to a customer.
- Shipping calculator in Settings>Integration
- The Non-Inventory Products, Inventory Products, and Reports items of the left-hand menu have been moved from the Setup section to the Workflow section.
- The following check boxes have been added in the Work Order Options section in Settings > System Settings > Work Orders:
Allow Change in WO Even if Invoice Is Signed
Allow to Complete Work Order Even If Line Item Is Not Ordered
Allow to Use Warehouse Ordering For Inventory Allocation
To enable these features, select the appropriate check boxes in Settings > System Settings > Work Orders and then click Save. - As part of these updates, your settings in Settings > Notification Permissions may have changed. We recommend reviewing these settings to make sure that they're correct.
- Enhancements were made to the employee/tasks calendar. The following information is now displayed directly on the calendar: the name of each task, the customer name and phone number, the employee's (assignee's) phone number, and the event location (address). In addition, tasks that have different start and end dates will now visually span these days on this calendar.
- A new "Add Task" option has been added to the Tools menu (gear icon) in the Quotes, Invoices, and Work Orders grids. This option allows users to create a task from a quote, invoice, or work order.
- You can now display quote documents (including images) on quotes themselves. To display a document on a quote, go to Quote Action > View/Upload Quote Documents, click on the check mark below the document, enter a title, and then click Save. This document will appear near the bottom of the customer-facing quote. Customers can click on the document to view it.

- Fixed issues in relation to material return functionality.
- Fixed QB syncing for a number of cases.
- Fixed the date in the contractor schedule as it was showing a day back.
- Fixed the performance for the invoice loading & save functions.
- Fixed the numerical data and the date filter for reports.
